We needed to design and fit a 20000 square foot office space with all new furniture in about six months. During the process, Benjamin Roberts was instrumental in helping us meet this deadline. They worked closely with our team and worked to help us include staff at all levels during the decision making process, given the short turn-around time needed to guarantee the furniture was delivered on time. Benjamin Roberts helped us select the furniture that best fit our working environment and ensured it was received and set up for us to move in. Most of the furniture delivery and setup needed to be after hours. Benjamin Roberts was very accommodating. They promptly and professionally addressed any issues or problems that arose. This was a big project needing a team effort in order to be successful. I looked at Benjamin Roberts as a member of our team, by our side every step of the way.
